Can I download a preview clip?
Absolutely! We have 1080p, watermarked preview clips that you can download and try in your edited film or pitch videos.
What file formats and resolutions are available?
We always use the highest quality video file available for our entire catalogue. All video clips are available in ProRes format with some clips that have a raw file being available as an R3D. 1080p is the lowest resolution available but many clips are available in 4k+ and the original raw R3D file.
Are Filmsupply clips Royalty Free?
No. All of our clips are Rights Managed which means they are licensed per project. You can choose all of the applicable criteria for your film during the checkout process and license exactly what you need.
What types of licenses are available?
We try to cover any type of project that may come up. From small business web promos, to TV programs and major motion pictures, to paid advertising for large campaigns spanning TV, Web, and External media, Filmsupply should have the options you need. If you don't see what you need, contact support and we can get it for you!Can I get a refund?
We understand that sometimes a clip just doesn't work out like intended. If you bought the clip within the past 14 days and it was never used in a film or project that went live, then we can give you a full refund or exchange it for the clip that you do need.
I'm a part of a Non-Profit Organization. Can I get a discount?
If your organization is a registered 501(c)(3), or the international equivalent (charity, ministry, educational), then yes we do have a discount for you. During the checkout process, be sure to choose the option for Non-profits and the applicable employee size and the discount will be applied.
